General Qualifications for a position on our Support Staff:

1) Must be a resident of New Jersey and a citizen of the United States
2) Possess a valid New Jersey driver's License
3) There shall be no minimum educational requirement for an applicant in the Support and/or Information Technology Staff, unless pay scale or salary guide placement requires certification, prior work experience or degree.
4) The applicant must be a minimum of 18 years of age and a maximum age established by law or regulation
5) Must be sound in body and mind and in good health
6) Must be of good moral character and have not been convicted of any criminal offense or that reflects negatively on your moral character
7) Subsection 3 of the general qualifications may be waived by the Prosecutor for individuals deemed to possess a specialized knowledge, skill or ability that is needed by the agency
