For Immediate Release: September 2, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of DANIEL GATSON, JR. (DOB: 7/20/1997; single; unemployed) of 1 Elizabeth Street, Ridgefield, NJ on fraud-related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Fairfax County, VA Police Department under the direction of Chief Kevin Davis. On Monday, April 19, 2021, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit received information from the Fairfax County, VA Police Department regarding a Bergen County resident who may be fraudulently receiving New Jersey unemployment benefits. The Fairfax County detectives discovered this information while conducting a shoplifting investigation that occurred in Fairfax, VA. For Immediate Release: September 1, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of DAVID CHAPINSKI (DOB: 7/12/1980; single; warehouse supervisor) of 100 Barron Circle, Somerset, New Jersey on child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Tuesday, July 27, 2021, the Edgewater Police Department arrested DAVID CHAPINSKI on charges of invasion of privacy, debauching the morals of a child and harassment, and then referred the case to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit for analysis of CHAPINSKI’S electronic devices. Further investigation revealed that CHAPINSKI used the Internet to view, download, and possess more than 900 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. For Immediate Release: September 1, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of RICHARD OSINSKI (DOB: 1/03/1960; divorced; unemployed) of 100 Colony Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey on child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Wednesday, September 1, 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of RICHARD OSINSKI after a months-long Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that OSINSKI used the Internet to view, download, and possess more than 1,000 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children as well as coordinating the production of sexually explicit online depictions of children.
