CAMPBELL (DOB: 8/03/1990; single; security guard) of 1138 Easton Street, Orlando, Florida on charges of endangering welfare of a child, distribution of child pornography, sexual assault, extortion, debauching the morals of a child, and terroristic threats. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. In August 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit received information that a child younger than 13 from Bergen County was being contacted on social media by several strangers who engaged in sexually explicit conversations. For Immediate Release: October 29, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MATHEW TESTINO (DOB: 10/29/1970; single; licensed nurse practitioner) of 9 June Ct, River Edge, NJ on drug-related offenses. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. During March 2021, an investigation initiated by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force revealed that MATHEW TESTINO, a nurse practitioner who operated Bergen Neurology and Pain Management located at 230 E. Ridgewood Ave, Paramus, NJ, and later at 480 Market St., Suite 2, Saddle Brook, NJ was involved in fraudulently obtaining and signing prescriptions on approximately thirty separate occasions for substances including oxycodone and adderall. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on a vehicle owned and operated by JUAN CARLOS NUNEZ-PEREZ. JUAN CARLOS NUNEZ-PEREZ was being investigated for narcotics trafficking and distribution. A search of the vehicle yielded 60 kilograms (approximately 132 pounds) of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $3 million. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Little Ferry Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 14 Abend Street in Little Ferry on Thursday, October 28, 2021.  At 5:20 a.m., Little Ferry and Moonachie Police responded to 14 Abend Street in Little Ferry in response to a 911 call.  Responding officers found a 36-year-old male with multiple stab wounds.  He was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.  A suspect has been taken into custody, and no other individuals are believed to have been involved. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Northvale Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 151 Ludlow Avenue in Northvale in the morning of Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Northvale Police responded to the address around 8:30 a.m. following a report that a deceased individual had been found at that address. Responding officers searched the building to make sure there was no ongoing threat to the community. A suspect has been taken into custody, and no other individuals are believed to have been involved.
