For Immediate Release: October 21, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of INHEE MOON (DOB: 11/25/1967; single; self-employed) of 275 Engle Street, Apt. H2, Englewood, NJ on the charge of theft by deception. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit received a complaint against INHEE MOON which accused MOON of unlawfully taking funds from the sale of a piece of artwork. The subsequent investigation revealed that MOON, on behalf of her client, had brokered a transaction involving the sale of a piece of art and diverted approximately $273,000.00 of the sale into her own personal financial account and ultimately into a real estate property that she controlled. For Immediate Release: October 21, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JASON D. VICARI (DOB: 1/20/2000); single; student) of 605 Bridle Path, Wyckoff, New Jersey on charges of murder, burglary, and weapon possession. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love, and the Elmwood Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Michael Foligno. On Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at approximately 9:30 AM, the Elmwood Park Police Department received a 911 call reporting an incident at 24 Beechwood Avenue, Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Responding officers were advised that an injured party was inside the residence and an actor was barricaded. Oct 19 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Elmwood Park Police Department are investigating a death that occurred at 24 Beechwood Avenue, Elmwood Park, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. At approximately 9:30 a.m., the Elmwood Park Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting an incident at 24 Beechwood Avenue. Responding officers were told there was an injured individual inside the residence and that another individual had barricaded himself inside the home. The Bergen County Regional SWAT Team was called, and after a short period of time, a male occupant of the residence surrendered to police and was taken into custody. Officers entered the home and discovered a deceased elderly male victim, identified as Ronald Vicari. For Immediate Release: October 15, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of NELSON VENTURA DELACRUZ (DOB: 1/02/1990; single; warehouse worker) of Garfield, New Jersey on charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Garfield Police Department under the direction of Chief Raymond Kovach. On Saturday, October 2, 2021, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office was contacted by the Garfield Police Department regarding an unresponsive three-month-old child who was brought to Hackensack University Medical Center. A medical evaluation determined that the child was suffering from significant injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome. GRIEG (DOB: 4/20/1982; single; unemployed) of Clifton, New Jersey on charges of stalking, contempt of a stalking restraining order and cyber-harassment. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. In September 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit were informed that a victim received more than 20 anonymous, alarming phone calls and multiple text messages from an unknown caller using technology to anonymize his Caller ID. The investigation revealed that, between September 5, 2021 and October 10, 2021, CHRISTOPHER J. For Immediate Release: October 7, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of JAYCOMM GRAVE RAMOS (DOB: 5/20/1993; single; laborer) of 3077 Potter Street, Philadelphia, PA and ESHANIEL MOYANO (DOB: 6/04/2001; single; unemployed) of 4222 Claridge Street, Philadelphia, PA on drug, aggravated assault and resisting arrest offenses. The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On October 5, 2021, during a narcotics investigation, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force conducted a search of a black 2012 Honda Pilot in Ridgefield, NJ. The search revealed an electronically operated hidden compartment containing nine kilograms of suspected cocaine. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Friday, October 1, 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of EMERY A. TAYLOR during the course of a months-long Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that TAYLOR used the Internet to view, download, and possess more than 1,000 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children.
