For Immediate Release: December 23, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ROBERTO CARLOS MANCIA (DOB: 6/29/1998; single; cook) of Little Ferry, NJ on charges related to the production and possession of child pornography. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. Subsequent to a previous investigation originally initiated on Thursday, August 12, 2021 when the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child, detectives ultimately determined that ROBERTO CARLOS MANCIA also endangered the welfare of a child by causing a child to engage in a sexual act while recording it. For Immediate Release: December 20, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of LOURRISTON POTTER (DOB: 9/17/1982; married; non-profit employee) of 4 Catherine Street, Port Jervis, New York and RICKY LAND (DOB: 12/04/1981; single; unemployed), currently incarcerated in the Pike County, PA Correctional Facility, on burglary and theft charges. These arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office “BCPO” under the direction of Chief Jason Love, the Paramus Police Department under the direction of Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg, and the Montvale Police Department under the direction of Chief Joseph Sanfilippo. On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of JOHN TUCCERI during a months-long Internet child pornography investigation.
