For Immediate Release: March 31, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of NILE DIAKOS (DOB: 08/29/1986; single; unemployed) of 147 Grand Avenue, Apartment B, Leonia, NJ, on charges of murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, hindering his own apprehension, and unlawful possession of a weapon. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Leonia Police Department under the direction of Chief Scott Tamagny. At 9:59 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2022, the Leonia Police Department received a 911 call reporting a stabbing at a residence in Leonia. RILEY (DOB: 1/03/1990; married; unemployed) of 22 Barretta Court, Roseland, NJ was charged with theft, theft by deception and fencing. This arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Friday, December 3, 2021, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit received a complaint against JACQUELINE RILEY that RILEY was involved in the theft of medical equipment from her previous employer, a Bergen County based medical equipment company, and was selling the items to medical reseller businesses. The investigation revealed that JACQUELINE RILEY did steal approximately 1 million dollars’ worth of medical equipment from her former employer. RUTMAN (DOB: 11/22/1999; single; unemployed) of 261 Schley Place, Teaneck, NJ on the charge of possession of child pornography. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit identified ADAM S. RUTMAN during an ongoing Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that RUTMAN used the Internet to view, download and possess files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. As a result of the investigation, RUTMAN was arrested on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 in Paramus, NJ and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4b(5)(b)(iii). On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit identified SKY MARSHALL during an ongoing Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that MARSHALL used the Internet to view, download and possess files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. In addition, MARSHALL used social media to engage in sexually explicit dialogue and send nude images to underage children. For Immediate Release: March 30, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of FLORIAN VUKA (DOB: 9/22/79; single; concrete worker) of 2067 Newburgh Drive, Troy, Michigan on drug and money laundering offenses. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On March 29, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force revealed that FLORIAN VUKA was transporting bulk shipments of marijuana through Bergen County and the proceeds of those bulk marijuana sales back to Michigan. During this investigation, a search was conducted on VUKA’s vehicle in South Hackensack, New Jersey. That search revealed approximately seven packages of marijuana with a total weight of seven pounds, as well as $57,715.00 in U.S. currency. This arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. During a months-long investigation by detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad, JOZEF KISZKA was identified as unlawfully purchasing stolen catalytic converters from multiple individuals. On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office arrested KISZKA without incident at his place of employment in Woodbridge, NJ. For Immediate Release: March 29, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of a Bergen County juvenile on child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, March 24, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of a juvenile during the course of an Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that the juvenile used the Internet to view, download, and possess more than 1,000 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. In addition, the juvenile used the Internet to share digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. Further investigation revealed that the juvenile also used the camera on a smartphone to record and view an area of a public bathroom.

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella releases the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Leonia Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 147 Grand Avenue in Leonia on Saturday, March 26, 2022. At approximately 10:00 a.m., the Leonia Police Department received a 911 call from the apartment complex located at 147 Grand Avenue reporting that an occupant of the residence was the victim of a stabbing. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Alicia A. Arnone, a 35-year-old female, deceased from an apparent stab wound. An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Leonia Police Department under the direction of Chief Scott Tamagny. No other information is available at this time.
