For Immediate Release:                                       March 23, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of OSCAR HOLGUIN (DOB: 08/03/1979; single; credit consultant) of 3301 River View Avenue, Englewood, NJ on drug-related charges.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On March 21, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that OSCAR HOLGUIN was distributing marijuana and laundering the proceeds through Bergen County.  During the investigation, a search of a car owned and operated by HOLGUIN revealed two pounds of marijuana.  OSCAR HOLGUIN was arrested at the scene of the search, and a subsequent search warrant of his Englewood apartment revealed marijuana packaging material, a fraudulent New Jersey’s driver’s license bearing HOLGUIN’s photo, a fraudulent Social Security card, and $58,880. For Immediate Release: March 23, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ANGIELLY DOMINGUEZ (DOB: 2/3/1995; single; unemployed) of 7350 Blanding Boulevard, Apt. 12, Jacksonville, Florida, on charges of murder, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, and hindering her own apprehension.  The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Little Ferry Police Department under the direction of Chief James Walters. On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Little Ferry Police Department received a 911 call reporting a stabbing at 7 Sandhill Court, Little Ferry.  Officers responded and located 21-year-old Omelly Dominguez deceased with a gunshot wound to the head.  An investigation conducted by detectives from the Little Ferry Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit revealed that ANGIELLY DOMINGUEZ shot her sister, Omelly…

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella releases the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Little Ferry Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 7 Sand Hill Court in Little Ferry on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. At approximately 4:00 p.m., the Little Ferry Police Department received a 911 call from 7 Sand Hill Court reporting that an occupant of the residence was the victim of a stabbing. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Omelly Domiguez, a 21-year-old female, deceased from a gunshot wound. A suspect has been taken into custody, and no other individuals are believed to have been involved.   An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Little Ferry Police Department under the direction of Chief James Walters. For Immediate Release: March 21, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MICHAEL ALFONE (DOB: 2/14/1943; married; retired) of 163 Arch Street, Ramsey, NJ on a child pornography charge. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Friday, March 4, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of MICHAEL ALFONE during the course of a months-long Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that ALFONE used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 100 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. As a result of the investigation, MICHAEL ALFONE was arrested on Friday, March 18, 2022 in Paramus, NJ and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4(b)5(b)iii. For Immediate Release: March 17, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ELIJAH HUTCHENS (DOB: 5/03/2003; single; unemployed) of Huntsville, AL on sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Paramus Police Department under the direction of Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg. On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, the Paramus Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Paramus Police Department revealed that ELIJAH HUTCHENS sexually assaulted the child, who was younger than 16 years old, in Paramus, NJ on more than one occasion. In addition, HUTCHENS was found to be storing an unsecured firearm within reach of a child.

Driscoll. On Friday, November 19, 2021, the Federal Bureau of Investigation contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child. For Immediate Release: March 14, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of HONGWEI ZHENG (DOB: 12/10/1983; married; liquor store cashier) of 4507 Utopia Parkway, Flushing, New York on a money laundering offense. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On March 10, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force revealed that HONGWEI ZHENG was transporting bulk shipments of United States currency believed to be derived from criminal activity through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on a silver-colored Chevy Suburban in Fort Lee, NJ. The search revealed $158,900.00 in currency concealed in different locations in the vehicle. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Lodi Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 9 Victor Street in Lodi on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.  At 4:31 p.m., the Lodi Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting that shots had been fired at that address.  Responding officers found the 26-year-old victim, John Anthony DeLeon of Paterson, NJ, with multiple gunshot wounds.   He was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Lodi Police Department under the direction of Chief Donald Scorzetti.  No further information will be released at this time.
