For Immediate Release:April 29, 2022Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ULISES RAMIREZ ARGUETA (DOB: 1/10/1991; married; landscaper) of Englewood, NJ, who was already in custody at the Bergen County Jail, on new charges of criminal attempt/sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Englewood Police Department under the direction of Officer-in-Charge Deputy Chief Thomas Greeley. On Friday, April 15, 2022, the Englewood Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child. For Immediate Release:April 26, 2022Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of CHARLES J. AMOROSSO (DOB: 9/06/1986; married; police sergeant) of Northvale, NJ on a charge of theft. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On February 25, 2022, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office received information that Northvale Police Department Sergeant CHARLES AMOROSSO made cash withdrawals and transferred money out of multiple PBA (Police Benevolent Association) bank accounts without authorization. An investigation revealed that, in his role as treasurer of the PBA, AMOROSSA used PBA funds in excess of $75,000 for his own personal benefit. As the result of the investigation, on April 25, 2022, CHARLES AMOROSSO was charged with second-degree theft, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a. For Immediate Release:April 20, 2022Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MATHEW AWOJOBI (DOB: 1/15/1959; divorced; security guard) of 159 Pomona Avenue, Newark, NJ on arson-related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Moonachie Police Department under the direction of Chief Richard Behrens. At approximately 6:54 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2022, the Moonachie Police Department received a report of a brush fire in the area of 140 State Street, Moonachie, NJ. Upon their arrival to the area, officers found a large area of brush fully engulfed in fire. The fire was subsequently extinguished by the Moonachie Fire Department. For Immediate Release:                                       April 18, 2022                                               Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of VINCENT P. INCALCATERRA (DOB: 9/28/2000; single; unemployed) of 353 Maple Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ on child pornography and child endangerment charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, April 14, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of VINCENT P. INCALCATERRA during the course of a months-long Internet child pornography investigation.  The investigation revealed that INCALCATERRA used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children.  In addition, INCALCATERRA used social media to engage in sexually explicit dialogue and video chats with children, some of whom he convinced to undress on camera. For Immediate Release: April 14, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MATTHEW SULLIVAN (DOB: 8/16/1989; single; mechanic) of 211 David Drive, North Syracuse, NY on a charge of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana in a quantity greater than 25 pounds. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On April 13, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that MATTHEW SULLIVAN was transporting bulk amounts of suspected marijuana through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on SULLIVAN’S vehicle in Ridgefield Park, NJ. That search revealed approximately 40 pounds of suspected marijuana. SULLIVAN was arrested at the scene of the search. MATTHEW SULLIVAN was charged with first-degree possession with the intent to distribute marijuana in a quantity greater than 25 pounds, N.J.S.A.

The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On April 6, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that GERMAN-JAVIER was transporting bulk amounts of currency and suspected narcotics through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on GERMAN-JAVIER’s vehicle in Fort Lee, NJ that revealed an electronically operated after-market hidden compartment containing $15,000 in cash, in addition to small amounts of heroin and fentanyl. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On April 4, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that PASCUAL CIRIACO was transporting bulk amounts of currency through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on CIRIACO’s vehicle in Teaneck, NJ. That search revealed an electronically operated after-market hidden compartment containing $11,691 in currency. For Immediate Release: April 1, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of HECTOR MORROBEL (DOB: 8/04/1976; married; self-employed) of 378 Kaplan Ave, Hackensack, NJ on money laundering and identity theft charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On March 31, 2022, following a month-long investigation, a search warrant was executed at HECTOR MORROBEL’s residence. MORROBEL was found to be in possession of over $26,000 in cash along with multiple fraudulent government documents with the personal identifying information of another person. The investigation also revealed that MORROBEL is a fugitive from justice with an active warrant related to charges in Massachusetts. HECTOR MORROBEL was charged with third-degree money laundering, N.J.S.A. 2C:21-25a; fourth-degree impersonation, N.J.S.A. 2C:21-17a(4); and fourth-degree possession of a fraudulent driver’s license, N.J.S.A. 2C:21-2.1(d).
