For Immediate Release: October 28, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of DOMINICK NICOLOSI JR. (DOB: 2/26/1992; single; café worker) of 210 Orchard Street, Elmwood Park, NJ on drug offenses and resisting arrest by eluding. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that DOMINICK NICOLOSI JR. distributed cocaine to an undercover detective on multiple occasions in September and October 2022. On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, members of the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team and Narcotic Task Force attempted to arrest NICOLOSI JR. as he attempted to distribute 200 grams of cocaine from his vehicle in Elmwood Park, NJ. In order to evade arrest, NICOLOSI JR. fled in his vehicle by driving down a sidewalk. He was arrested the following day.

For Immediate Release: October 21, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of RAESHONN CORBO (DOB: 7/18/1992; single; unemployed) of Teaneck, NJ on aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Glenn O’Reilly. In October 2019, the Teaneck Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the assault of a child, who later died of injuries sustained from the assault. On October 31, 2019, the child’s father, JONATHAN MELENDEZ, was charged with aggravated manslaughter. Subsequent to the investigation, a Bergen County Grand Jury was convened and ultimately determined that the child’s mother, RAESHONN CORBO, was also responsible for the assault and death of that child. For Immediate Release: October 20, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MERVIN MENIER (DOB: 7/13/1972; single; dog walker) of 314 3rd Street, Union City, NJ on drug and weapon offenses. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On October 18, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that MERVIN MENIER was transporting bulk shipments of narcotics through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on his vehicle in Carlstadt, NJ. That search revealed a sophisticated, electronically operated hidden compartment that was discovered in the rear floor of MEINER’s vehicle and which contained an AK-47 style assault rifle, multiple high-capacity magazines for the assault rifle, numerous boxes of ammunition, and approximately one-half kilo of cocaine. MENIER was arrested at the scene of the search.

VANDUYSEN (DOB: 11/24/1979; single; store clerk) of 3 Spruce Run, Ramsey, NJ on the charge of possession of child pornography. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Friday, October 14, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of STEVEN VANDUYSEN during an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation. The investigation revealed that VANDUYSEN used the Internet to view, download, and possess over 100 files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children. For Immediate Release: October 14, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of LUKE STEIN (DOB: 2/02/2004; single; student; volunteer firefighter) of 193 East Madison Avenue, Cresskill, NJ on charges of aggravated assault and impersonating a law enforcement officer. The arrest is a result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Alpine Police Department under the direction of Chief Christopher Belcolle. On Sunday, October 10, 2022, just after midnight, the Alpine Police Department was notified of a serious motor vehicle crash in the area of US Highway 9W and Montammy Drive. The charge is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Glenn O’Reilly. On Saturday, June 25, 2022 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Teaneck Police Department was notified of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Windsor Road and Briarcliffe Road. A 92-year-old victim was transported to Holy Name Hospital where he was pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. The Teaneck Police Department then contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit for assistance.
