KOYE (DOB: 9/25/1982; single; hairdresser) of 64 Ettrick Terrace, Apartment B-4, Rutherford, NJ on charges of distribution and possession of child pornography. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, January 26, 2023, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of DANIEL R. KOYE during the course of an Internet child sexual abuse investigation. The investigation revealed that KOYE used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute over 450 files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that occurred in the area of Lincoln Avenue between Dixie Avenue and Parker Avenue in Glen Rock, on Monday, January 30, 2023, at approximately 6:38 a.m. The pedestrian involved in this crash has died; the decedent’s name is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin. The investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Glen Rock Police Department under the direction of Chief Dean Ackermann. In September 2014, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Englewood Police Department revealed that JESUS RESTREPO sexually assaulted two children, one of whom was 13 years old and one of whom was 12 years old, on multiple occasions in Englewood, NJ. RESTREPO was charged with multiple sexual assault related crimes, but he fled the country before he could be arrested.
