For Immediate Release: October 12, 2023 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JEFFREY D. GROSSMAN (DOB: 07/27/1958; married; teacher) of 71 Downey Drive, Tenafly, NJ on a charge of possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, October 12, 2023, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of JEFFREY D. GROSSMAN during an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation. The investigation revealed that GROSSMAN used the Internet to view, download and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Andrew R. McGurr. A joint investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit and the Teaneck Police Department revealed that TYLER N. THOMAS, also known as TYLER D. RODRIGUEZ, took possession of a U.S. Treasury check in the amount of approximately $100,000 intended for a Bergen County resident. On October 3, 2023, during a narcotics investigation, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and Woodcliff Lake Police Department conducted a traffic stop of RAYMUNDO COLLADO’s vehicle in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the New Milford Police Department are investigating the deaths of two individuals that occurred at 250 Myrtle Avenue in New Milford, NJ, on Saturday, October 7, 2023. At approximately 4:15 p.m., officers from the New Milford Police Department entered the residence for a welfare check, where they discovered 80-year-old Giovanni “John” Emmolo and 56-year-old Marina Perez, who had both suffered gunshot wounds and were later pronounced deceased. The ongoing investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Brian Clancy. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the New Milford Police Department are investigating two deaths that occurred at a private residence on Myrtle Avenue on Saturday, October 7, 2023. At approximately 4:15 p.m., officers from the New Milford Police Department entered the residence for a welfare check. Responding officers discovered the bodies of one male and one female, who were later pronounced deceased. Their names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Brian Clancy.
