Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Paramus Police Department are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Route 4 East in Paramus on Thursday, December 28, 2023. At approximately 11:27 a.m., the Paramus Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a stabbing following an apparent road rage incident.  Responding officers found a 28-year-old male victim with multiple stab wounds.  The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he is being treated and is in stable condition. An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Paramus Police Department under the direction of Chief Robert Guidetti. For Immediate Release: December 27, 2023 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced that on December 18, 2023, DOMINICK MEMOLI of Bronx, New York pled guilty to armed robbery in connection with an armed home invasion that occurred on November 17, 2022 in Fair Lawn, NJ. On November 17, 2022, MEMOLI and five other individuals conspired to commit an armed robbery of a residence at 0-09 28th Street in Fair Lawn. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad and the Fair Lawn Police Department revealed that during the armed robbery, two of the individuals posed as law enforcement officers to gain entry to the victim’s residence, where they brandished a handgun and zip-tied the victims’ wrists.
