For Immediate Release: April 4, 2024 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of COREY W. BARRACLOUGH, 33, of South Hackensack, NJ on charges of distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On Thursday, April 4, 2024, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of COREY BARRACLOUGH during the course of an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation. The investigation revealed that BARRACLOUGH used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute over 28,000 items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Palisades Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Anthony Espino. On Monday, April 1, 2024, the Palisades Park Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding a toddler who had sustained serious burns to his body on Thursday, March 28, 2024, while attending Dearest Angel Child Care in Palisades Park, NJ. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Cliffside Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Marc Marano. On Monday, April 1, 2024, at approximately 4:58 p.m., the Cliffside Park Police Department responded to a report of a domestic violence incident involving serious bodily injury.
