GAWTHNEY, 27; and DELAREESE DELGADO, 31, all of whom reside in Paterson, NJ, on various charges stemming from an organized theft scheme. For Immediate Release: February 28, 2025 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced an additional criminal charge filed against 26-year-old RANDY LANTIGUA of Lodi, NJ. This latest charge is the result of a months-long, continuing investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the Lodi Police Department, under the direction of Police Chief Donald Scorzetti. As previously reported, on Saturday, April 6, 2024, the Lodi Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting an adult male who was unresponsive in the bedroom of a private residence. The victim, identified as 62-year-old James White of Lodi, NJ, was located by first responders and pronounced deceased at the scene. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department are investigating a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Alpine, N.J. On Friday, February 28th, at approximately 5:58 a.m., the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles in the southbound direction of the Palisades Interstate Parkway, near the New York State line. One of the occupants of an involved vehicle suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Several other occupants were transported to an area hospital for varying degrees of serious injuries.
