For Immediate Release: February 20, 2025 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ANTONIO GINES, 43, of Ridgewood, NJ, on the charge of possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On Friday, January 31, 2025, the Ridgewood Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit regarding alleged images of child sexual abuse material. An investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Ridgewood Police Department revealed that ANTONIO GINES possessed over 200,000 depictions of nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children on one or more electronic devices. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On February 7, 2025, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit were notified of a temporary restraining order that was believed to have been falsely sworn by CLYDE JOHNSON against a witness in an active criminal case against him. An investigation conducted by the Cyber Crimes Unit determined that JOHNSON made false statements to the hearing officer while applying for the temporary restraining order against the witness. On Monday, February 17, 2025, at approximately 5:55 p.m., the Saddle Brook Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a woman seriously injured at her place of employment, a business on Route 46 East in Saddle Brook, NJ. Responding officers discovered that an adult female had been shot in the face with a crossbow, and the suspect fled the scene prior to their arrival. GATT of Sparta, New Jersey, on charges stemming from thefts in Bergen County, New Jersey. In January 2025, the County of Bergen conducted an audit of tools and equipment utilized by the Bergen County Department of Parks. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. In April 2024, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit was notified of an alleged theft of money from a Bergen County business and initiated an investigation. The investigation revealed that between July 2021 and November 2023, ELENA CURRIE, a former employee, performed 398 unauthorized Zelle money transfers from a business bank account to her personal bank account totaling over $451,000. As a result of the investigation, ELENA CURRIE was arrested on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in Paramus, NJ and charged with one count of second-degree theft, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a.
