For Immediate Release: April 1, 2025 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of 30-year-old EDGAR HOLGUIN-REYES and 27-year-old YAKAYRA REYES, both of Reading, PA, for possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl pills. The arrests were the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. During the course of a narcotics investigation, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force identified a vehicle that was involved with the transport and distribution of drugs. On Sunday, March 30, 2025, at approximately 6:35 p.m., with assistance from the Mahwah Police Department, the suspect vehicle was located and pulled over on I-287 in Mahwah, NJ.
