In November of 2024, the Mahwah Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit regarding an alleged theft of funds from a corporation based in Bergen County, NJ. AGAY, a former I.T. director who worked for the company, embezzled approximately $406,839.00 over the course of a two-year period.
