KAPRELIAN (DOB: 10/02/2002; single; delivery driver) of 77 Weller Terrace, Saddle Brook, NJ, on possession and distribution of child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, June 9, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of GREGORY M. KAPRELIAN during a months-long Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that KAPRELIAN used the Internet to view, download, possess, distribute, and share files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. For Immediate Release: June 9, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ELISEO ESTRADA (DOB: 08/03/1961; single; carwash attendant) of Fairview, NJ on aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child charges.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Fairview Police Department under the direction of Chief Martin Kahn. Preston Street, Hartford, CT and JEFFREY TORRES (DOB: 3/09/1999; single; unemployed) of 17 Sunrise Terrace, Bristol, CT for firearms related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Thursday, June 2, 2022 at approximately 11:06 A.M., Narcotic Task Force detectives conducted a traffic stop during an investigation on I-95 north in Ridgefield, NJ. A search of the vehicle yielded two .9mm handguns and armor piercing ammunition. One of the handguns was found to be a “ghost gun”, which is a homemade firearm that lacks commercial serial numbers. Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Hackensack Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred at 789 Main Street in Hackensack on Sunday, May 29, 2022. At approximately 9:00 p.m., the Hackensack Police Department received a 911 call reporting a shooting at the Deli Mart located at 789 Main Street. Responding officers found a 33-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he is being treated. The suspect fled the area.   An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Hackensack Police Department under the direction of Officer in Charge Captain Darrin DeWitt. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Lodi Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 242 Westervelt Place in Lodi on Thursday, May 26, 2022. At approximately 9:32 p.m., the Lodi Police Department received a 911 call reporting a stabbing at that address. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 44-year-old female victim with stab wounds and a 49-year-old male suspect. The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. The suspect was arrested, and charges are pending.    An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Lodi Police Department under the direction of Chief Donald Scorzetti. No other information is available at this time, but a formal statement will be issued later today.
