For Immediate Release: November 22, 2023 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of DELFINO SIMON-ROCA (DOB: 10/13/1967; married; construction worker) of Cliffside Park, NJ, on charges of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Cliffside Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Marc Marano. On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile.  An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Cliffside Park Police Department revealed that DELFINO SIMON-ROCA sexually assaulted a child in Cliffside Park, NJ on three occasions.  As a result of the investigation, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, DELFINO SIMON-ROCA was arrested in Cliffside Park, NJ…
