For Immediate Release:March 16, 2022Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JAMES FALLETTI (DOB: 7/18/1978; married; teacher) of Hackensack, NJ on endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Elmwood Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Michael Foligno. On Monday, August 30, 2021, the Elmwood Park Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child. A months-long investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Elmwood Park Police Department revealed that JAMES FALLETTI sexually assaulted the child, who was younger than 16 years old, in Elmwood Park, NJ. Sep 21 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JOHN A. BELL (DOB: 08/21/1982; married; software salesman) of 10 Cardinal Court, Montvale, NJ, on charges of possession, distribution, and production of child pornography as well as sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love. On Tuesday, September 21, 2021, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of JOHN A. BELL during a months-long Internet child pornography investigation.  The investigation revealed that BELL used the Internet to view, download, or possess more than 1,000 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children, as well as share digital files via the Internet depicting nude and/or sexually explicit pubescent and prepubescent children.  The investigation…
