For Immediate Release: October 15, 2024 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 31-year-old SHABOO O. WILLIAMS of New Milford, NJ on charges of sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Brian Clancy, and the Dumont Police Department under the direction of Officer-in-Charge Kyle Lezette. On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit was contacted regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile that had occurred in the past.
