This investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the Tenafly Police Department, under the direction of Chief Robert Chamberlain. On Thursday, November 20, 2025, at approximately 2 p.m., a hiker observed the body of a deceased male at the Tenafly Nature Center and called police.
