PHYKITT of Dalton, MN, formerly of Washington Township, NJ, on charges of sexual assault. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the Westwood Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding alleged incidents of sexual assault that had occurred years ago. The Academy is a two-week program that is offered to Bergen County young men and women entering the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad and the Fair Lawn Police Department are investigating an armed robbery and shooting incident that occurred earlier this morning in Fair Lawn, NJ. On Sunday, February 2, 2025, at approximately 4:54 am, the Fair Lawn Police Department responded to a shooting that had just occurred at the intersection of Henderson Boulevard and 11th Street.
