HENDLEY, 23, of Clifton, NJ on charges of armed robbery, kidnapping and other related offenses. On Monday, March 25, 2024, at approximately 3:48 p.m., the Allendale Police Department responded to a reported dispute at an apartment complex. On Friday, May 17, 2024, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of NOEL Q. RICKETTS during the course of an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation.
