BARRACLOUGH, 33, of South Hackensack, NJ on charges of distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On Thursday, April 4, 2024, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of COREY BARRACLOUGH during the course of an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation. The investigation revealed that BARRACLOUGH used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute over 28,000 items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. On Saturday, September 17, 2023, at approximately 6:41 p.m., the Garfield Police Department received a 911 call reporting the drug overdose of two victims.
