BARRACLOUGH, 33, of South Hackensack, NJ on charges of distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck. On Thursday, April 4, 2024, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of COREY BARRACLOUGH during the course of an Internet child sexual abuse material investigation. The investigation revealed that BARRACLOUGH used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute over 28,000 items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. For Immediate Release: March 28, 2024 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of MELVIN GUZMAN, 29, of Garfield, NJ for strict liability in a drug-induced death and a drug distribution-related charge. On Saturday, September 17, 2023, at approximately 6:41 p.m., the Garfield Police Department received a 911 call reporting the drug overdose of two victims. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office revealed that JORGE ORREGO-GARCIA sexually assaulted a juvenile under the age of 13 in Palisades Park, NJ. As a result of the investigation, on Friday, March 22, 2024, JORGE ORREGO-GARCIA was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, N.J.S.A.

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information: The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Paramus Police Department are investigating a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ.  At approximately 2:28 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, the Paramus Police Department responded to Route 4 West near the intersection of Paramus Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash that involved two vehicles, and several injured persons with possible serious injuries.  An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Acting Chief Matthew Finck and the Paramus Police Department under the direction of Chief Robert M.
