CIENFUEGO CASTRO of Alexandria, Virginia and 30-year-old EDUARDO L. VILLEGAS VALERA of Elmhurst, New York on charges stemming from an armed robbery. CASTELLANO III of Lodi, NJ on charges stemming from a fatal hit-and-run accident.
