ADAIR of Teaneck, NJ on charges related to a fraudulent property deed in Bergenfield, NJ. The arrests were the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Deputy Chief Jeff Angermeyer, and the Bergenfield Police Department, under the direction of Chief Mustafa Rabboh. In January of 2025, the Bergenfield Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Financial Crimes Unit regarding an allegation of deed fraud for property located in Bergenfield.
