On Thursday, March 22, 2018, Rabbi WEISS was taken into custody by the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey Police Department and transported to the Bergen County Jail where he is being held pending a detention hearing on March 26, 2018, at 9:00 A.M.
Acting Prosecutor Calo states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and would like to thank the Woodcliff Lake Police Department for their assistance in this investigation.
