Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information:

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad and the Bergenfield Police Department are investigating an armed robbery and assault that occurred at the Delta Gas Station located at 96 West Main Street, Bergenfield, NJ, just after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2023. 

An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Bergenfield Police Department under the direction of Chief Mustafa Rabboh.
