Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella releases the following information:

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Englewood Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred at 6 Mevan Avenue in Englewood on Saturday, September 30, 2023. The decedent’s name is currently being withheld pending notification of next of kin. 

The investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Englewood Police Department under the direction of Chief Thomas Greeley. No other information is available at this time.
