Prosecutor Mark Musella announces the following information:

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the New Milford Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred in the area of 900 Boulevard in New Milford, NJ on Saturday, November 26, 2022. At approximately 7:10 p.m., the New Milford Police Department responded to the area and found a male victim who had been shot. The victim was transported to an area hospital and later pronounced deceased.

An investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Brian Clancy. No additional information is available at this time.
