Press Releases << SAINT PAUL, MN MAN CHARGED WITH CREATING CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION MATERIAL, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ISAIHA PRICE (DOB: 04/28/1998; single; unemployed) of 1665 Manton Street, Saint Paul, MN, on charges of creating child sexual abuse and exploitation material, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Andrew McGurr.

On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, the Teaneck Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Teaneck Police Department revealed that PRICE recorded himself sexually assaulting a child who was under the age of 16 on more than one occasion in Teaneck, NJ.

On Monday, September 18, 2023, as a result of the investigation, PRICE was arrested in Ramsey, MN, and charged with first-degree creating child sexual abuse and exploitation material, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4b(3); two counts of second-degree sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2c(4); and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4a(1). PRICE was remanded to the Ramsey County Jail in Saint Paul, MN pending extradition to Bergen County, NJ.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He would like to thank the Teaneck Police Department and the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance with this investigation.
