Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of JOZEF KISZKA (DOB: 02/16/1980; single; employed as a purchasing supervisor) of 63 Darrow Street, South River, NJ on stolen property and theft charges. This arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.

During a months-long investigation by detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad, JOZEF KISZKA was identified as unlawfully purchasing stolen catalytic converters from multiple individuals. On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office arrested KISZKA without incident at his place of employment in Woodbridge, NJ.

KISZKA was charged with third-degree dealing in stolen property, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-7.1b(1); third-degree conspiracy to commit theft, N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2/2C:20-3a; and third-degree theft of movable property of multiple victims, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-7a. He was released on his own recognizance pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and he would also like to thank the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department and the Woodbridge Police Department for their assistance in this investigation.
