Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announces that the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office will host a virtual town hall meeting on the topic of Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs) on Monday, December 6, 2021, at 2:00 pm.

The free webinar will explain how an Extreme Risk Protective Order can be filed against a person who is an “immediate and present danger to her/himself or others and who owns, receives, purchases, or has custody or control of a firearm.”

Prosecutor Musella and Assistant Prosecutor Tom Osadnik will discuss the public’s ability to file ERPOs and the procedures for doing so.
